Space has always been a problem in my apartment. It seems that we cannot get things to look good and fit well together at the same time. We finally did find an adjustable height table at IKEA. It was everything that we looked for, well almost everything. It was well made, it was portable, it was easily adjusted. It was everything, in fact, except attractive. That was easily fixed with a new paint job. We painted it black and then pasted pictures in a collage pattern to decorate it. By the time we were finished with it, it looked beautiful. Now our apartment is almost perfect. We can use it both for hanging out and lounging around with friends and for getting serious work done.
